On September 25, 2008, Scott McCreary gave a brown bag presentation at UC Davis Law School on environmental conflict resolution. UC Davis Law School is now activley building its program in alternative dispute resolution. He covered the development of the field of EDR/ECR, CONCUR’s theory of practice, and case studies of CONCUR’s work on the Guadalupe River Flood Control Collaborative Project and the Marine Life Protection Act Initiative. The lecture was attended by about 35 to 40 law students and faculty and elicited a lively discussion.
