Course 2: “Facilitating and Mediating Effective Environmental Agreements” scheduled for December 1-3, 2009
CONCUR’s annual advanced training course, “Facilitating and Mediating Effective Environmental Agreements“, has been scheduled to meet Tuesday-Thursday, December 1-3, 2009 at downtown Oakland’s historic Preservation Park conference center. The course is intended for professionals working across the full range of environmental and natural resource issues in planning, policy development, or implementing site-specific projects.
This is an intensive three-day workshop designed to help professionals bring more effectiveness to their use of facilitated or mediated approaches to resolving environmental policy disputes. Whether as a negotiating party or serving as a neutral, our course models key steps in preparing for and conducting a mediated negotiation. Each participant will have an opportunity to serve as a facilitator or mediator. In addition, all participants will receive individual coaching and an evaluation of their mediation style.
Please visit the Course 2 website to register or contact our Berkeley office for more information.
