Scott McCreary conferred with Professor Kenji Baba of Tokyo University on the application of joint fact-finding methods as they might apply to energy siting issues in Japan. Dr. Baba is part of a team funded by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (Japanese equivalent of NSF) to pursue the institutionalization of joint fact-finding approaches to policy-making processes in Japan.
